We understand that our pets come in all different sizes and shapes (just like people). All UH-OH Band™ purchases are backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us for a return authorization within 15 days of delivery of products. Then you may return your items, new and unused with all packaging attached, along with a copy of the invoice or receipt. If you have misplaced your receipt, please be sure to include order information such as name, address, and order date when returning your purchases. Items deemed returnable will be given a credit or size exchange only, no refunds. Items returned will be given size exchange minus any actual shipping charges incurred. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. No refunds or exchanges are given without pre authorization. No refunds or exchanges are given on items returned after 30 days.

Special orders fall under the guidelines of sales are final and therefore no returns, no exceptions.

You must notify us of any defects within 1week of delivery for us to consider an exchange due to defects.

If you wish to cancel all or part of your order once you place an order with DogPerils, your credit card has been charged, the order is in-process status but not shipped, you may request order cancellation. Orders canceled will incur a 10% fee to cover credit card fees we are assessed for your purchase. We are charged this credit card fee even if we cancel your order, so refund will be deducted minus this fee, no exceptions. Orders may only be canceled if it has not shipped. If an order has shipped and if the package is later refused, attempted delivery, returned to us for any reason or you cancel the order, we will deduct the 10% restocking / credit card fee + actual shipping + packaging costs we incur. We reserve the right to make the decision to cancel any orders at our discretion.

All purchases are charged on your credit card at the time of check out, regardless if it is special ordered, custom ordered, backordered. If you choose to cancel any item or the entire order, 10% restocking fee applies, no exceptions.

If a product appears to have been damaged in transit, please do not open package. Return the package to mail courier with instructions to return to DogPerils. Notify us immediately. We will happily exchange any defective items at our sole discretion & final decision if the item received is defective or damaged during transit. If you receive an item that is defective, you will receive the same exact product as a replacement or an equivalent product at our discretion.

In stock items potentially ship in 2-5 business days. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on National Holidays will be processed the first business day after the holiday. Out of stock or special items may take anywhere between 5-21 days to ship. If a special ordered item is discontinued or unavailable you will be notified via e-mail and you will be issued a refund. Please remember to factor in transit time. Once you place an order, it may take anywhere from 2-6 business days of transit time for orders shipped to U.S. addresses depending on ship to address and the shipping method selected. We are located in Wilmington, NC.

Once we hand a package to mail couriers we have no control over delivery times, dates, or any delays that may occur. Therefore we are not liable for any delayed packages. We cannot guarantee ship times any time. We can only estimate based on the information provided to us by our mail courier.

If a package is returned to us undelivered for any reason, you will be assessed additional shipping costs + $5 to reship products out. We will notify you via e-mail and ebill your credit card to reship your package. You must notify us if USPS or UPS will not deliver to your address. If for any reason we are unable to contact you regarding this, we will issue a DogPerils credit only, minus a 20% restocking fee + actual shipping and packaging cost. It is your responsibility to follow up with us once we attempt to ship your package. If a package is scanned by the mail courier as delivered, whether it was accepted / signed by you or someone else at your residence, or business, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. We ship most packages without signature confirmation unless you specifically request this service at the time of your order ($1.50 additional). Mail couriers scan the UPC on packages while they are right in front of your door before it is delivered, so please do not attempt to make a claim otherwise. We monitor all proof of deliveries on packages that go out.

We do not control the USPS, UPS or Federal Express shipping rates or schedules of delivery. These may change at any given time as dictated by actual shipping costs assessed by mail couriers.
